2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Bookings require advance payment and valid ID proof.
3. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Times may be specified; early/late options depend on availability.
4. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain decorum, avoid damage, no illegal activities, take care of belongings.
5. RESORT RIGHTS
We may refuse service or cancel bookings if needed.
6. USE OF FACILITIES
Use is at guest’s own risk.
7. PETS & FOOD
Allowed only if approved; outside food may be restricted.
8. SMOKING, ALCOHOL, NOISE
Allowed only in permitted areas and within legal limits.
9. MODIFICATIONS
Terms may be updated anytime.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. GUEST CANCELLATION
More than 72 hrs before check-in: Full refund.
48–72 hrs: 50% refund.
Within 48 hrs / No-show: No refund.
2. MODIFICATION
Subject to availability.
3. RESORT CANCELLATION
Full refund if we cancel for unavoidable reasons.
4. REFUND PROCESSING
Takes 7–10 working days.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
No refunds for early check-out, partial use, misconduct, or non-refundable packages.
